The following cultivars are cultivated on the farm: Sauvignon blanc, Chenin blanc, Bukettraube, Cabernet sauvignon and Shiraz, Chardonnay (for the MCC Blanc de Blancs Brut), Viognier (as a blending component) and Merlot (for the Merlot Shiraz blend).
